What triggered the need to find a better way to manage taxes?
We started. So we're in a state with no sales tax. And for the longest time, if you were in a state with no sales tax and you didn't have a brick and mortar store anywhere else, you didn't have to collect four other states. That way, Fair ruling changed at all the first date that came after us was California naturally. So, we were doing quarterly returns just for California. And after the Wayfarer ruling, we started doing basically free webinars with. You guys to see what we might be missing. And we want to do the right thing. We didn't want to get whacked again for penalties the way, we were in California, so we ended up going with a Valera for and we, I mean, we went from four states initially to 10 within the first six months to 14 by the end of the year. And now we're up to almost 20 States. So it doesn't take long to realize how many states we should be doing this.
