What advice would you give to your peers thinking about switching to Avalara?

One of the things that I would say is a, Valeri is a great product for you to learn technology of Taxation. Number one, it gives you an idea of what it is. You may be missing by you doing, it manually versus leveraging technology. And if you can understand that you're only going to make your job better and you're going to make everybody around you better. The best thing you can do for yourself every day is to learn something new. And if you're not learning something new everyday, You doing it not only to service to yourself, but to the company that you work for, because taxes are very complex issue, and companies don't realize Technologies out there to leverage that can get you where you need to go.
