Stick with it because the implementation process is a little crusty, but once you get through it, it's well worth it. A valera's implementation consultant was very, very helpful for us explained. A lot of things and was available for the first couple months after we had gone live and then transitioned over as to a regular account executive. So we were grateful for that because we have lots and lots lots of questions at the outset but now we really feel good about what we're doing. So
