A little painful, when at my current company, I've been on a Valera since July of 2000. And at that time, they used a Valera for tax compliance with texture restrictions, but they did not use them for returns. When I started, it was taking over for an accountant. That was retiring and she filed 23. It's on her own. I had come from a company that had used a Valera and I knew that taking two weeks to file, 23 States, along with other duties was, I won't say a waste of time, but not the right use of time. So soon as she retired, that very next month, I signed us up for a Valera returns and also figured that there were other things that when their original integration was done it was not done correctly. So identified those worked with our it department and we got everything, set up properly, few years. A year later, I wanted to explore Sales tax. It was tough reading and the streams hotline sales tax website but a Valera was very helpful with it with getting us started and we have now we file in 39 States and 13 of those are SST states which makes everything a lot easier with as far as integration goes. We had purchased a couple years ago, we purchased a company that was another electrical. Tribute are in the Midwest, and we, they already used a Valera. So I was deep into that merger and bringing their platform over to our platform with the same Erp that we have, and then bringing them into our, a Valera main account. And having to go through the, there were some states that they had to Pile in that we had to add. And, and that Sort of thing. So it was working with it and then a Valera support we made it through.
