So when it was, when I had to file 23 States, before we used a Valera returns, it took about two weeks after our merger and some spread throughout the country and other states where we had to establish it economic Nexus. We were up to 39 states that would have taken well over three weeks with my other. I'm the only one who does this at our company and it would have taken well over three weeks to do that. It just didn't make sense for what the return module cost to add.
