In what ways does Avalara save you time and money?
So, I think I guess the most amount of time that I get saved, is really the tax returns. So when I first started, we were only filing in Six States and my clothes was five days. And it took me one full day to file their returns. And then I'd always realize that the amount of tax that we withheld from our customers are calculated on the invoice has completely didn't match with the math on the returns was. So then I went through an exercise of maybe trying to get some of the money back knowing I was going to have to eat some of the costs but It was a huge reconciliation process and it took me an entire day of my clothes. Like that's not sustainable. When I knew we were going to go from Six States to all the states. So, for me, now I go in, I login, I look at all the returns, I make sure that my GL ties to the jurisdictions, everything matches in total, and it makes sense. And it takes me about an hour and a half.
