Were you part of the team that selected Avalara? What were the reasons that you chose to go with Avalara?
A
I was the individual that did make the selection and I couldn't tell you how many years ago, it was probably at least 10 to 12 years ago that we it was pre Wayfarer. I know that and with the Wayfarer ruling coming down, we decided that it would be best to partner with a Valera to make sure we were in compliance for all of the Nexus jurisdictions that we would now be part of. And also, a Valera was very instrumental in Helping us register for the SS T returns, and that is obviously a lifesaver.
