We found a Valera because we were looking for ways to mitigate arcs are sales tax exposure. So with that, we've signed up for the ECM program, get a lot of, get a lot of State audits where individual entities. And through that program, we really liked the easiness for us to use it. And so we signed up for the Alm because the other thing that keeps me up at night is wondering if one of our entities has not renewed their DMV license or renewed there. Environmental license. And so we loaded all of those license including personal property tax, anything that we that has a due date, it's listed in the Alm and then through a very interesting thing, we ended up the 1099 last year, the IRS change the way you submit 1099s and we were all up until 3:00 4:00 in the morning. Trying to get them submitted by the due date and because it 10 verification wasn't working. I actually called one of our other entities that we do, we have with at netsuite, which is our apis and she says, oh no, I didn't have that problem. I'm with a Valera and I'm like, what? We use, a Valera. And so I called Dustin our rep and he signed us up to the W9 1099 process. So this year, when we submit, the 2024 Federal 1099 documents, we will do it throughout Valera.
