In what ways does Avalara save you time and money?
Well sure, of course because it won't even come from the use of the product is obviously have to pay for the product have to pay for people that didn't have it before. But when you talk about saving time in a sales tax audit and not only that as soon as we go into it and they see the organized fashion that we are keeping our sales tax certificates and that were able to, you know, give them that information quickly, efficiently and accurately, you know. Because before when I have a sales tax audit I have to go to. These entities, go grab that box. Some of it would be dirty and rolled up. This is just so they actually when you there was a poll that asked and one of these sessions here today was you know do how much time do they spend on each part right? Calculation sales tax certificates or reconciliation? They don't even spend time on the sales tax certificates anymore. They look at it, they know we have them all so they move on to use tax or something else that that may be more beneficial to them. So it has. So and instead of spending so much time on a sales tax audit, we're able to Some of them prior to using ECM would go a year a year and a half. We have some now finishing up in four months. So that saves a lot of time from, you know, higher level, like the controller level of the regional controller level that they're not spending so much time dealing with that state auditor and so, they're getting pretty used to us.
