It makes it easier because I don't worry about I don't have to worry about a person who stays on top of this. Hopefully, you guys are doing it. I get the, I get emails and letters from jurisdictions all the time saying this changed, or we're now taxing this, or we have a holiday on that. I don't have to even look at those letters anymore because I I used to call and say are you on top of this? And yeah, you're on top of it.
