Why are you staying with Avalara?

I am staying with a Valero one. I've kind of had an opportunity to see what else is out there. I don't feel like the customisation is there with other platforms as well as just again, the people I think for me I focus more so not only what the capabilities are that are offered but as well as the energy and just the camaraderie around the entire process from sales to go in line. Live and, you know, just as a support afterwards.
