Are you using any of Avalara's AI features and what impact have you seen?
So we are currently using AB attacks manage returns. I am really excited about what they're doing with the exemption management. Certificates. I'm really looking forward to potentially adding that onto our tool set. I was able to be a part of The Aviator beta, which was incredibly cool to get in that early and dig in and break things, and send feedback and immediately. Transaction uploads was the very first thing. We had Some things, go a little sideways, the connector didn't send over, and I had two hundred thousand dollars worth of invoices that didn't show up, and I was able to figure them out. Now, I know that I can use Avi and Aviator to find them for me, but there were a lot of pivot, tables and ex lookups and figured out what it was. And I was able to just essentially drag-and-drop and have Aviator walk through that. Transaction, upload for me and anything that was missing, they were able to do. And then it was just Here and it was, you know, file on the next return and that was one of the big things and being able to check with the tax research and not having to open up a TR and then open up the department website and verify and do all of this. And you know, why is this tax broken? 01 instance, was we put the address in wrong. You have the name where the street should go in the street where the name should go and so we just default taxed. It was like, oh, One moment, fixed it refreshed, everything was correct. I would have taken me two hours to find that because the address is not those two things wouldn't have been the first thing I would look for you, dig in the Deep nitty-gritty. So even the small stuff like that saved me time and and really it really smooth is smooth my workflow.
