What has been the impact of implementing Avalara?
Now that I'm Lars implemented, it's night and day prior our Erp system was not set up properly to handle tasks. So we use in for M3 and it's very manual process. You need to create all the Geo codes per location and then you need to assign that geocode individually per customer. And then you need to assign it again for the delivery address in the shipping address. And so, it caused a lot of tax problems for their lot of variances where things weren't set up properly. Or if a customer moved heaven forbid, they change location from Washington State to California. It created a world of a problem. And so now with avalara, once our Erp updates, the customers address, or we create a new shipping address, Of largest immediately Imports. It calculates the tax and then sends it back and puts it on the invoice and it has cleared up our tax variances by night and day and has made our customers a lot happier to because they were getting very upset especially in the California area. They knew when the tax was wrong, they had no problem coming back and telling you, do you know what you're doing? It's like, that was a little embarrassing.
