What advice would you give to someone thinking about Avalara?

So I think the best advice is get the tool before you need it. Going backwards to try to get compliant is really hard so if you recognize where your company is headed and you sign up early it can grow with you but if you have a mess and you have to go back and fix it later, it just gets worse, it's not going to get better on its own. So pick a solution that will help you fix it versus just trying to deal with it.
