What advice would you give to someone thinking about Avalara?
I've actually looked at both programs, I have looked at vertex before we even went with a Valera. We did our homework, right? We ended up going with a bolero and I believe it was a price thing at first, you know, you guys offered the better pricing at that time. So, we went ahead, we follow through, the, our experience has been nothing but excellent. The entire time. I can't say anything bad anytime. There's Is an issue problem. I think the worst thing I could probably say is, sometimes I lose the number and I'm like, where's that number? And then I got to kind of look for it but now you don't really even have to call anybody. There's you know the chat portion which I thought that's what I was the chat. You know, you can chat with somebody. Somebody gets back to you right away. I used to have a thing where I would send an email and then we would email back and forth that kind of has gone away. And now When you ask a question, it takes you to the knowledge Center which usually you can find your answers there. Now, there have been some times where I've been completely stressed out and I'm like no there was something wrong with the air of a returns because we use the return portion to and then I'm like, no this is something's wrong with this. It's not right. You know what? And I'll be like freaking out you guys already handle it. I open up a case just like that first. I was like I don't have time to have another case. Okay, so then nothing he's the person. I was spot speaking to he was like listen he's like I'm gonna walk you through this is really easy and I was like okay so he did he walk me through it the one time and now it's like second nature if I need to open up a case I have a question or if there's if I get something in the mail, it's a tax thing or something. I just scanned it in, open up a case, send it over and then I know that I don't have to worry about it because somebody's going to respond to me within, you know, like 24 to 48 hours and it's usually handled.
