Why did you select Avalara and which solutions do you use?

I actually started at my chronic two years ago, this product a Velar was actually purchased four years ago. So prior to me coming in but about last year I was told we haven't done anything with it. We've been paying for the product. We knew we needed the product but nobody's had the time to do it and so I was tasked with okay learn whatever you need to learn, but take the initiative and please set it up and do whatever you need to do. So that's been my job since the beginning of 2025 and by the end of 2020 times, we were fully implemented into avalara. So we have one full year so far in avalara and it's been amazing night and day.
