Why did you select Avalara and which solutions do you use?

So, I selected a Valera because of the automation aspect of it. When I, when I got to Kirby Smith, everything was done manually, including tax calculation. And so a Valera gave me a way to press his tax calculation and returns efficiently and an automated way. Help alleviate a lot of stress. So it's pretty much what we use it for. We also use ECM which the exemption management system. Also, automate. A lot of the exemptions makes the invoicing process a lot quicker and more efficient.
