What was the implementation process like? What pitfalls did you hit and how did you get through them?

Yes, so implementation. It wasn't the smoothest, but I can't say that. Whenever we had questions, or whenever we had problems, we did know who to reach out to and it was solved but then the estimated turn times. So for us coming in not knowing anything it was a little bit difficult but I can't say that we were kind of guided through the process.
