What was the implementation process like? What pitfalls did you hit and how did you get through them?
Out, there were issues but you know, as we were prior to go live, we had a number of customizations. However, ever Larry Professional Services were very helpful with us. We also had different partners. Some Partners have a Larry recommended to us who work with a Valera. And so after go-live, you know, of course we did have hiccups, which is a good thing because it informed us of what we were. Oh doing wrong. And so now that we went live at Valera Hazard, right? And so migrating from manual to any system, you should expect there to be some type of issues but the issues that we're having is its right previously, it was wrong. And so now just educating the business, our customers and now you're seeing something different but that different It's correct.
